A semi-finished product, PANATURA® is a natural wheat starter dough added during the production of yeast-raised baked goods and bread. It is based on a traditional bread-making process that our ancestors used before the advent of dough raising agents in the 1960s. Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, we are now able to offer it as a convenience product.
